Los Angeles, CA – 2/12/2015. EZC Law has secured an international arbitration Award in excess of USD $41 Million USD for a client in a FIDIC construction dispute. The claim arose out of a power infrastructure construction contract awarded by an African State to the client, an Africa-based company. The Tribunal adjudicated the dispute pursuant to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (1976), with a seat in Africa, applying the law of an African State.
